The elasticated pull-on bodice is made with high quality sky blue velvet, and features a shiny V insert, made with glittery lycra. Flower appliques in different shades of blue are sewn on the round neck. Lace pale blue cap sleeves are sewn to the nude straps. Blue flowers also decorate one side of the tutu's bodice.
The Romantic length tutu skirt is made with white and pale blue tulle, and features a flower shaped overlay made of pale blue organza.
