This Romantic, below the knee length tutu features a shiny velvet blue bodice, with a white cotton undershirt in the typical French peasant style. There is a blue laced pattern in the front,  a flattering wide round neck, and puffy sleeves.

The Romantic tutu skirt is made using the softest white tulle, allowing for flowing movement when the dancer turns or simply moves. The edges of the skirt are decorated with three rows of satin ribbons, featuring the colors of the French flag: red, blue and white.
